Novena Chaplet of St. Michael the Archangel –  Let us begin a new parish tradition!  In anticipation of our Parish Feast Day, all are invited to pray the Chaplet of St. Michael the Archangel each day.  The Novena Chaplet prayers are attached to this bulletin. We will gather in the Basilica at the following times to pray the Chaplet as a parish family, and offer time for intercessory prayer. Join in this special Novena!!!!

On Friday September 29 we celebrate the Feast of the Archangels, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael with Mass at 8:45 AM with our school children. All are invited to this celebration!!!!!!!!
Adult Faith Education - Our parish is blessed with talented parishioners who offer us Adult Faith Education Classes! Here are some upcoming opportunities! You may register for either set of classes, or both. Call the Parish Office to register!
 Fall Classes -   Dr. Tyler McNabb, PhD, professor of philosophy at St. Francis University, will offer “God Exists” a four part series (God Exists, Kalam Cosmological Argument, Contingency Argument, Fine- Tuning Argument, Resurrection of Jesus) which explores the foundations of belief. Sessions will take place in the Basilica Hall Mondays October 2, 9,16, 23 from 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM. 
 Advent Classes - Sr. Marilyn Welch, CCW will offer  “When You Pray: A Clear Path to a Deeper Relationship with God” This video series, with insights by Dr. Edward Sri, mines the riches of Catholic Spirituality and the Catholic tradition of prayer. Drawing from Scripture and the example of the saints, this series will help participants cultivate a fruitful life of prayer that leads to an ever-deeper encounter with God and a profound conversion, so that you can give God your entire heart. This series will assist us to prepare for our celebration of Christ’s birth and the call of Advent to be a time of prayerful anticipation. Sessions will take place in the Basilica Hall Mondays November 20, 27, December 4, 11 from 6-8 PM or at the Incarnation Center (9 -11 AM) Textbook for the Class   When You Pray: A Clear Path to a Deeper Relationship with God  $16   
The Knights of Columbus October hoagie sale will be on Saturday, October 21.  18" Italian hoagies are $12 each.  Please place your order by Friday, October 13, by calling Jerome Smith 344-8269, Joe Spinner 934-2334, or Bob Crusciel 243-9971.  All profits are used to support our parish, St. Michael School and Pro-Life activities.  We appreciate your continued support!
